Graphic Design/Social Media Intern

This internship offers visibility, hands-on learning, and practical work experience in a fun, friendly environment. The Social Media/Graphic Design Intern will assist by providing creative and administrative support to the Marketing Coordinator. We are looking for someone who loves to utilize his or her creativity in many ways and is a team player.

What we’re looking for:
• Create, grow and monitor social media presence/profiles
• Assist with maintaining our social media calendar of upcoming events, holidays and more
• Design through the production of compelling, brand consistent assets (website content, logos, • infographics, flyers, marketing materials, social media graphics, promotional items, newsletters, etc.)
• Perform other creative duties as assigned
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, including proofreading and editing
• Creative mind, outside-of-the-box thinking and a go-getter
• A passion for creative advertising/marketing
• User interface web design


Qualifications & Skills:
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia, Journalism, Public Relations or any other related field
• Familiarity with implementing/measuring social media applications and best practices (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs, etc.)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Software
• Basic understanding of web design concepts and experience with different website platforms
• Understanding of how a website and social media can grow business
• Must have excellent proofreading, verbal and written communication skills

Our Jacksonville, FL location is currently seeking a talented professional to support our warehousing and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will be a skilled motivator who leads by example. This “working manager” position will be trained in all facets of our daily operations. The Shift Manager will report directly to the Distribution Center Manager and will be a core part of the leadership team.

  • An experienced distribution and warehousing manager (minimum of 3 years)
  • Consistently lift/move up to 70 pounds

  • Willing to adapt and learn
  • Professional driving experience preferred
  • Assist the DC Manager in maintaining a safe operating environment, ensuring that all employees are following documented processes and procedures
  • Conduct cycle counts to help maintain accurate inventories
  • Train new Warehouse/Driver Associates
  • Conduct forklift/picker training for the facility
  • Assist with processing orders, shipments, and transfers
  • Assist the DC Manager as needed with required administrative and management responsibilities
  • Complete any other duties or tasks as assigned
